South Dene

South Dene was originally built in the 1970s and the building hadn’t been updated since it was originally erected. The customer’s brief was to re-clad the front of the property with reclaimed handmade bricks to make it look more attractive. We were also asked to acrylic render the sides, to hide the existing unattractive brown bricks, add 2 oak framed extensions and raise the height of the property. This would transform it from a 3 bed, 1 bathroom property into to a 5 bed, 3 bathroom property. A beautiful oak framed garage was also added. The house was gutted internally and underfloor heating was added, along with a stylish new kitchen and 3 new stunning bathrooms. We then completed a full rewire and installed new ground source heating.

We could not have been prouder of the final results following the completion of this project. Using a blend of hard work and exceptional craftsmanship, we were able to breathe new life into a structure which seemed beyond renovation.
